When these materials are stuffed into a packing carton, with dozens more boxes stacked on top, they get pressed into “dead folds.” By the time the customer opens the bag, no amount of stuffing or steaming can make those creases disappear. It’s a physical limitation of the material that no amount of good packing can save.

To fundamentally solve this problem, you need a two-pronged approach: use the right materials, supported by the right packing methods.
1. The Root Solution: Insist on “High-Resilience” Materials
The first and most important step to fixing wrinkles is choosing the right leather and lining.
We insist on using “high-resilience” materials. This means:
- For PU/Vegan Leather: We select higher-density, pressure-tested materials. They are designed to deform temporarily under compression but “breathe” and bounce back to their original flat shape shortly after the pressure is released (i.e., when the customer unboxes the bag).
- For Genuine Leather: Our sourcing standards ensure the leather is properly treated with the right oils and conditioners to keep it supple and resilient, not dry and brittle.
While this material costs slightly more, it provides the single best guarantee: the bag will recover its shape even after long-term compression.
2. Professional Protection: Our “3-Layer Structural Packing”
Of course, good materials still need good protection. We don’t compromise on packing; we use a structural method to ensure the handbag arrives “unharmed.”
Layer 1 (Internal): Full Paper Stuffing for Support
Many factories just toss a few sheets of paper inside. This is not enough.
The correct method is to use sufficient clean tissue paper or air pillows to completely fill the handbag’s internal cavity. This acts as an “internal skeleton,” helping the bag resist external pressure from the inside out. It keeps the bag’s designed shape and prevents flat surfaces (like the sides or bottom) from collapsing inward and creasing.
Layer 2 (External): EPE Pearl Cotton Buffering

After placing the bag in its dust cover, we don’t put it directly into the box. We place thick sheets of EPE foam (pearl cotton) on the front and back of the handbag.
This material is an excellent shock absorber. It absorbs impact and pressure from outside the carton without applying “hard” pressure to the bag itself, ensuring the leather won’t be marked by other items (like hardware chains) or the carton’s edge.
Layer 3 (Boxing): The “Private Room” for High-End Bags
For high-value or structurally complex handbags, we use the highest standard of protection: one bag per individual packing carton.
While this increases packaging volume, it offers the ultimate protection. It ensures every bag has its own independent space, completely eliminating the risk of bags crushing each other during transport.
