Q5: What is your standard production lead time?
A: Lead time ranges based on order volume, raw material stock & color selection; standard turnaround is 35–40 working days after official order confirmation.
Q6: Which shipping options are available?
A: We offer sea freight as our primary solution; air & express options are available per your required delivery date.
Q7: Do you support FOB shipping terms?

Q1: Can I arrange my own inspectors to visit your factory for on-site quality checks?

Q2: I do not have an in-house inspection team. Can you issue official AQL inspection reports on my behalf?
A: Yes. Our professional in-house QC & QA team completes pre-shipment AQL inspections for most clients. All inspectors receive regular training aligned with each customer’s customized quality specifications.
Q3: What are your quality standards & product warranty rules?
A: All QC/QA staff strictly follow unified internal quality specs. Any non-conforming batches will be held and prohibited from shipment.
Q4: Do your products comply with EU REACH regulation?
A: All raw materials and finished goods fully meet REACH compliance requirements.
Q5: Are you capable of chemical & physical lab testing?
A: We maintain long-term cooperation with certified labs including BV and Intertek. Our team is fully experienced with handbag material testing and continuously updates expertise for newly launched eco-friendly fabrics.
Q6: How can I obtain certification proving my recycled/sustainable product orders?
A: We supply full supply-chain documents including GRS transaction certificates to verify recycled material traceability.
