✅ The leather surface has no scratches, black spots, skin scars, indentation, oil stains, or finger prints.
✅ The cut pieces in the same batch are symmetrical, without dichromatic color.
✅ For light-colored fabrics, there is no color migration or smearing.
✅ The inner lining fabric has no wrinkles, dirt, or broken yarns.

3. Edge Paint / Edge Finishing
✅ The thickness of the edge paint is uniform, without bubbles, pinholes, or overflow.
✅ At the bent position, the edge paint is firm, without cracking or loose debris.
✅ The overall edge paint has a uniform luster, without depth differences.
✅ There is no edge paint adhesion at the stacking position.

4. Stitching & Structure
✅ The stitch spacing is uniform, without skipping stitches, missing stitches, floating stitches, or flying stitches.
✅ The stressed points (shoulder belt base, handle, and both sides of the bag opening) are reinforced with stitches.
✅ The body is square, without distortion, asymmetry, or skewing.
✅ The length, width, and height of the size are within the customer’s tolerance range.
✅ The inner and outer thread ends are cleaned up.
✅ The inner bag and compartment positions are correct, without stitching dead spots.

5. Hardware & Accessories
✅ The hardware has no scratches, oxidation, blackening, or color fading.
✅ The lock catches open smoothly, the magnetic attachment is accurately aligned, and the suction force is moderate.
✅ The rivets are firmly not loose, and the screws are not missing or slipping.
✅ The LOGO hardware is upright and not skewed.
✅ The zipper pulls smoothly, without bulging teeth or detachment.
✅ The shoulder straps are of uniform length, and the adjustment buckle does not slip.

6. Function Test
✅ The shoulder strap weight-bearing pulling test shows no tear at the sewing area.
✅ The inner bag can withstand normal weight， and will not easily crack.
✅ The bag opening is closed smoothly， and will not curl.
✅ All special functions of the customer (waterproof， anti-theft structure) are fully compliant.

7. Labels & Packaging [Highest Risk Items During Shipment]
✅ The hanging label， washing label， origin label， and text are consistent with the confirmed sample.
✅ The barcode is clear， without blurred or incorrect printing.
✅ The dust bag size matches， and the LOGO printing is correct.
✅ Transparent tape is prohibited from being directly adhered to the leather surface.
✅ The inner box is fully filled， to prevent transportation compression and deformation.
✅ Each bag is placed with desiccant (must be placed during sea transportation， to prevent mold and rust).
✅ Paper between bags is used to prevent the hardware from scratching the leather surface.

8. Carton & Marking
✅ Outer box label： The style number， color， quantity， and destination are accurate and error-free.
✅ The detailed box division is clear， without mixed colors or styles.
✅ The paper box is hard enough， without damage or moisture.
✅ The number of boxes and the box label are one-to-one corresponding， and there is no shortage of shipment.
❌ Remarks of defects：
9. Re-inspection Standard
☐ PASS： Qualified， and can be arranged for shipment.
☐ HOLD： Paused for shipment， the entire batch is reworked and re-inspected.
☐ REJECT： Not accepted， the problem is synchronized with the customer for confirmation of the solution.
